Positive psychology is the scientific study of what makes life most worth living; it is a scientific approach to studying thoughts, feelings, and behavior. Positive psychology focuses on strengths instead of weaknesses, building upon what’s positive life instead of trying to fix they negative, and making the lives of average people great and fulfilling.

An intention is a personal, positive call to action for something you want to do, rather than something you don’t want to do but feel that you should. When you set an intention, you create a guiding principle for how you want to be, and how you want to live. With regard to pain, patients set goals that align with their desired lifestyle, and work toward achieving those.
