Evan Minkoff, DO, QME

He is a board-certified Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and fellowship trained in Musculoskeletal Medicine. He completed his PM&R Residency at the University of California, Los Angeles and Fellowship training at Johns Hopkins. Dr. Minkoff has experience in treating musculoskeletal and sports injuries, spine disorders, neurological disorders and diseases. His focus is on interventional and multidisciplinary management of pain and restoration of function.
He received his DO at Western University of Health Services. He has completed his residency at West Los Angles Veteran Administration Health Care Center/ UCLA, Cedars Sinai Medical Center and Rancho Los Amigos Rehabilitation Hospital.
He is a member of American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Physiatric Association of Spine, Sports and Occupational Rehabilitation, Associate Member of American Academy of Electrodiagnostic Medicine, American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians and International Spine Intervention Society.
